It is modeled after commercial espresso grinders found in high traffic coffee bars, and it can easily see duty as a second (or decaf) grinder in even the busiest of cafes, and often does.
The dosing chamber works very well, and is adjustable to deliver between 6 and 9 grams with each click (contingent on the dosing chamber being full of ground coffee). The machine dispenses straight into a portafilter, the way it should be with any high quality grinder designed specifically for espresso.
