The Capresso IMPRESSA E line is equipped with all the necessary hi-tech features for brewing superb espressos, cappuccinos, lattes and long crema coffees. The easy to read LED display will show you if you brew mild, regular or strong coffee and displays the cup size while the machine is brewing.

Key Features include:
• With the one, two, or three touch of the 1-cup button, you can mild, regular or strong coffee. The display shows the last cup size used in oz when the E8 starts grinding. Next the left rotary dial illuminates. Just turn the dial and change the cup size from 1 oz. to 8 oz. It can't get any more convenient or simpler.
• The 2-cup button always produces twice as much coffee. If the cup size is set to 7 oz. the E8 will brew a total of 14 oz. Any cup size will fit easily underneath the height adjustable coffee spout.
• The two step pre-infusion cycle wets and conditions the ground coffee. This ensures maximum flavor extraction with perfect crema topping.
• The Capresso Impressa E8 grinds 5 to a maximum of 16 grams of coffee from mild to extra strong.
• The Impressa E8 can froth and steam milk in a pitcher or right into your cup. In less than 50 seconds, the machine will grind the beans and brew your coffee ...or vice versa! No more work, no more guessing, no more messy clean-up.
• There is a 64 oz. removable water container which is excellent for making 40 espressos at a time.
• Included is an integrated professional solid steel conical burr grinder that preserves aroma and taste. Six different settings allow you to adjust the fineness from light to dark roast beans.
• There is an 8 oz. bean container which allows you to grind up to 30 portions of coffee before refilling.
• The frother can be used to release hot water for Cafe Americano or for a cup of tea. This function programmable from 1 to 16 oz.
• The new CLEARYL Water Care System removes chlorine, lead, aluminum, copper, and other impurities for a better tasting coffee. A special organic additive removes almost all carbon and decalcifying altogether.
• In order to have the best possible water, an electronic CLEARYL cartridge change indicator is installed in the machine.

I purchase Capresso Grand Aroma whole bean coffee for this machine and my espresso is really superb! With easy to customize coffee settings I can make any coffee I like, and the three coffee strength settings are very useful. If you start your day out with coffee, this machine will start every day out right. Although expensive, it is an indulgence worth very penny as it makes Starbucks quality coffee each and every brew.
