In only a small space, you can now prepare ice cream, gelato and sorbets; store it; and serve it - like the fanciest ice cream shops!

The body of this storage unit is made of stainless steel and guarantees the perfect preservation of ice cream thanks to its doubled-walled unit, A class rated insulation. The lid in the unit area is also doubled-walled. A second poly carbonate lid is combined to the tempered glass lid, to create air insulation. This technical solution makes the pans area perfectly transparent for better ice cream visibility. The temperature in the unit is kept constant and even thanks to air flow created by a fan. To avoid cold dispersions, the airflow generated by the fan cuts off automatically when the lid is opened. The electronic programmer, with display, enables the user to select the storage temperature within the programmable range. In addition it is possible to set a temperature limit that sets off an alarm if the temperature exceeds the set limit in the event of a system malfunction.
