The reservoir is easy to fill. All that is needed is to slide it to the left and pour in the water. This eliminates the need to remove it from the machine.
Gaggia has been tested and approved for use with the world famous Illy pods.
Gaggia's new Turbo-Frother frothing wand is specifically designed to get you great froth with minimum to no fuss.

I bought this Gaggia machine, because I knew it has about the quickest heat up time thanks to its high wattage dual heating element. It really heats up very quickly and it also can do many other things easily. It has very good bar pressure, the controls are simple and the reservoir is easy to fill.Elaine (11-14-2009) 
I received this as mother's day gift and I absolutely love it. The pressure is very good and I spend less on starbucks because I can make my own soy lattes!
