Equipped with a heavy-duty cast-iron 7-inch-wide burner, this 1500-watt electrical appliance provides extra heating space in the kitchen. To use, simply place the cookware on the burner, plug the unit in, turn the power dial to "on", and turn the temperature dial from min to max to set the heat from low to high.
The appliance can be used with any flat-bottom cookware, including metal, glass, and ceramic, as well as woks and teakettles.
Be sure the bottoms are flat, though, in order to receive full-contact maximum heat efficiency.
