Yes, the Gaggia machine works as it should work :) I use my favorite Illy pods and ground coffee to make my espresso. I also make hot water for my evening chocolate. The manual gives some good advice, and these accessories included with the machine are very useful, especially filter baskets, tamper and crema disk are very helpful!Tara ( )

I received the Carezza for christmas, it's great for the most part. My only complaint with it is you have to hold the top of the machine while putting the filter basket on to the machine, or the machine moves around!Linda B. OH (08-08-2007)
I have had this machine for 18 months. We use it frequently and I must say, it was worth the price I paid. I shopped around before iImade my purchase. I have the Carezza model, which came with all the accessories as the ad showed.
We have been very pleased.
