"Infinity" Commercial Grade Conical Burr Grinder, 16 grind settings from extremely fine (Turkish coffee) to French Press coarse, Solid Steel Burrs.
There are four for each for extra fine, fine, regular and coarse.
The motor for this Grinder works slowly and has little to no noise. The reduced static and heat buildup produce more flavorful, aromic, and pleasing results. It holds 8.8-oz. of beans, and has a timer that can be set from 5 to 60 seconds. for a quick cup, there's a Pulse setting.

- How Things Work:
- The Capresso Infinity Burr Grinder will only grind when the black dot on the bean container points to one of the fineness settings. Turn the timer and grinding starts instantly.
- Turning the bean container marking (black dot) outside of the fineness settings will stop the grinding immediately. Turning it back to the desired fineness will resume grinding as long as the timer is still running. (Pulse Grinding).
Make sure the bean container is empty before removing it from the base. Otherwise beans will scatter around!

I have owned one for over six months, now. It should be classified as a commercial product. The weight, strength and consistency is impeccable. Let's hope that it lasts, and that I don't have to rewrite my review later on. Stephen (05-21-2009) 
I own this machine for about a year now. It performs well however, it sometimes clogs. The unit has to be kept clean. The only real problem that I have is that the plastic grinds holder tends to open while the unit is grinding beans. I use a small rubber band to hold it closed.Shadow745 (05-25-2009)
I give it 5 stars and then some. Great unit, easy to clean, grinds for any type of coffee desired and does so in an efficient manner. Can't say enough about it. Later!
